Mothers day is always a fun one when you have a brother and brother in law out on missions. We got to talk to jake for about an hour and 15 minutes. He seemed super happy. He did not want to show off his spanish to us though. He gets transferred to a new area again on Wednesday, always moving that boy.
We hung out at my parents house for a while until we headed to Travis' parents to celebrate with his family (splitting holidays is always fun when you are married). We helped cook dinner and dessert and laughed and talked until talking to Travis' brother Quentin who is in Arizona.
I was super tired by the time we got off the phone because the night before we had gone to see The Amazing Spiderman and didn't get home till 1 am, after we had been traveling all day.
Travis has his first day at his internship tomorrow :) He has to get up around 6:30 every morning, which means we will be going to bed a little earlier these days. Hello the next 3 months!!
